Broker and Founder, Sergio Melendez began his career in mortgage lending in 2004 and for the past decade has been working for local banking institutions managing residential lending operations.  After his experience in banking, he saw a need to provide a higher level of expertise and personalized service to clients and business partners in the real estate industry.
